Their shall be no burning leaves in the front, side, or back yards of any residents without notifying the fire department first.
Parked Cars
Enfrced by:
Code Enforecement
Automobiles parked in front of yards on the road for a period of 48 hours or more will be towed at the owner's expense without warning. This not only adds an eye soar to our community, but it lessens our property value and enables first responders from rescuing those needing help. Any neighbor may take it upon themselves to anonymously call the tow company @ 470-201-5704 without warning their neighbor to move their vehicles bypassing the HOA.
All homes and driveways are to stay in uniform neutral and concrete colors not deviating from the Belmont Ridge color scheme unless permission is granted from the Belmont Ridge HOA.
Any fallen trees or debri must be cut up and cleaned up by the owner in which the root of the tree or debris fall within one month of the trees fall. If the tree or debri is not cut up and cleaned from the owners and/or neighbors yard, Code Enforcement will be called to intervene and place fines or liens on the responsible property
If you have clutter and disorganization in your front, side, or backyards, it needs to be discarded or kept in your home UNLESS you decide to build a fence around your side or back yards to hide the eye soars from your neighbors. Code Enforcement will be called to intervene and place fines or liens on the responsible property. Any neighbor is encouraged to call Code Enforcement and report this activity anonymously.
